Aisling Bea

Aisling is a well-known Irish comedian who has been around for some time. She was born in Kildare, Ireland, on 16th March 1984. The comedian has been on QI along with Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh Sullivan (born on March 16, 1984), also known as Aisling bea Aisling Cliodhnadh Sullivan, is an Irish comedian actor, writer and director. Bea's acting career started in the year 2011 as a comedian after appearing in small parts on Irish and British television shows beginning in 2009. She was already regularly appearing on sketch comedy shows as well as sitcoms. When she was awarded an award at Edinburgh Comedy Awards in 2011, Edinburgh Comedy Awards in 2011 and then became a regular on various panel show where she is currently a regular. She has been a part of 8 Out of 10 Cats since 2016, and she's a popular contestant of the show's spinoff 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. She was the daughter of Brian and Helen O'Sullivan and has a sister who is named Sinead. In 2012, she was the second female to be awarded the So You think You're Funny award. Bea the name she was given as her maiden name, is a tribute to her dad who died in the year 2000. Aisling Cliodhnadh, O'Sullivan is a Kildare woman who was born in Kildare. She was born in March 16, 1984. The father of her Brian was an equine veterinarian who died when Bea was just three years old though she did not know what happened to him until she turned thirteen. She chose the stage name Bea to honor her father who passed away. Bea also published a 2017 article in The Guardian on her family's suicide story. Bea (and her sister Sinead) were raised in the same home as Helen Moloney, a teacher and jockey trainer who was a professional jockey. The family was fascinated by racing meetings and horses. When she was a child, Bea worked as an instructor in the Irish National Stud however she knew from a young age that she wasn't keen on the sport of racing as a job, and was a performer.
